- I hereby agree to all the policies of “Dhirana” school of Bharatanatyam conducted by Vidushi Megha P Rao.
- I take full responsibility for my child’s attendance and performances.
- I understand that my child’s advancement will depend on his/her regularity in attending class, practicing at home and listening to the dance teacher’s instructions.
- Since this is a vigorous physical activity, I do not hold Vidushi Megha.P. Rao or “Dhirana Academy of Classical Dance” responsible for any injuries sustained during times as described in the Class Policies.
- I understand my responsibility to drop off and pick up my child/children on time.
- I do not hold Vidushi Megha.P. Rao or “Dhirana” responsible for anything that may happen during non-class times as described in the Class Policies.
- I am liable for any damages and/or injuries caused by my child to other persons and I agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Vidushi Megha.P. Rao or “Dhirana”.
